How much does it cost to sell with Maxon?
The valuation and advice are free. Our fee is agreed with you in writing before we start, so you know the full cost from day one.
How long does it take to sell?
It depends on the price, the place and the condition of the home. After the valuation we tell you honestly what to expect.
Can I sell if I live abroad?
Yes. We take care of viewings, offers and paperwork, and you can sign at the notary with a power of attorney, so you do not have to travel.
Which documents do I need?
Usually the title deed, your ID, the tax assessment from the municipality and, for apartments, proof that the building fees are paid. We check what your property needs and help you collect it.
Do I have to sign an exclusive contract?
